1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the jkt8 platform in any way, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

These terms apply to all jkt8 platform users without exception, including casual visitors, registered members, VIP members, and any party accessing our services via mobile app, website, or any other access method we provide.

Jkt8 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is made will be deemed your acceptance of the updated terms.

2Member Eligibility

To use the jkt8 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of any region where online wagering is fully prohibited by law.
• Not currently listed on any gaming regulatory body's self-exclusion register.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Jkt8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited in accordance with established procedures.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one jkt8 account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
• Registering a valid and active email address.
• Setting a strong password and keeping it confidential.
• Providing a mobile phone number registered in your own name.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. jkt8 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Account details such as full name and date of birth cannot be changed after the KYC process is completed. If there are any errors in this information, please contact our customer support immediately.

4Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Jkt8 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including direct bank transfer, e-wallets, and other payment methods displayed on the platform. All successful deposits will be credited to your account within the time frame stipulated for the chosen payment method.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the jkt8 account holder.
• The KYC process must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary according to the member's VIP tier.
• Any bonus received is subject to rollover requirements before it can be withdrawn.

Jkt8 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents to process withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits. This forms part of the security and anti-money laundering procedures we practise.

5Bonus & Promotions Policy

Jkt8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, referral bonuses, and special promotions for VIP members. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be met before the bonus and any associated wins can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• Jkt8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or abuse.
• The rollover requirement for standard bonuses ranges from 3x to 10x the bonus value, depending on the type of promotion.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the respective promotion's terms.

In the event of any discrepancy between bonus information stated in a promotional email or advertisement and the detailed terms on the platform's promotion page, the terms stated on the jkt8 platform shall prevail.

6Game Rules

All games available on the jkt8 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited to ensure fairness. The outcome of each game is final and not subject to dispute unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

In the event of a technical failure such as an internet connection disruption, accidental app closure, or server issues during a gaming session, jkt8 will use transaction records from our server system as the final reference for resolving any related disputes.

Members are responsible for ensuring their internet connection remains stable during gameplay. jkt8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions on the user's end.

• The minimum and maximum bet for each game is as displayed in the respective game interface.
• Winnings obtained through the use of automation software, bots, or unauthorized methods will not be paid out.
• Jkt8 reserves the right to void any bet found to be in violation of the game rules.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jkt8 platform and may result in immediate account closure without any refund:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Conducting money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Threatening, harassing, or acting abusively toward our customer support staff.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in ways not intended by the promotional terms.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Jkt8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from competent authorities.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the jkt8 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any valid balance in the account will be returned upon completion of all verification processes, provided no suspicious activity is detected.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, jkt8 reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses that have not met their rollover requirements. Deposit-only balances will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to its outcome.

9Privacy & Data Security

Jkt8 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. We will make every effort to maintain high uptime but cannot guarantee that the service will always be available without disruption.

Jkt8's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

11Terms Amendment

Jkt8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on our platform. Notice of significant changes will be sent to members via their registered email or through in-platform notifications.

If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
